Paragon and an item being 'ancient' is interexchangeable in some cases. Usually a well rolled ancient with proper secondaries is prioritized over a primal. In the absolute dream scenario for both builds, I'd say wiz would take it. Wiz is more mechanically challenging while Condem Crusader is commonly being 'macro'ed (which is agains ToS). FB/Star Pact Wiz competes with Condem Crus for the highest achievable Greater Rift.
